WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We accept express payments via Venmo, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Google Pay.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive your MilesJane swag as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order”. After you click this button, you will most likely be unable to make amendments to your order. You can always reach out to us at customerservice@milesjane.com and we will “”try” our best to amend your order, but we can not guarantee this.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

To ensure that our MilesJane apparel are of the highest quality, apparel is custom made when your order is placed. This can take up to 2 days to complete. Once processed, we will immediately ship your products and you should receive your products in 5 to 10 business days. 

For the US citizens, your order will take between 5 to 10 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. Worldwide shipping varies between 9 to 17 days in Europe, and outside Europe often 14 to 30. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 1 to 3 business days of ordering.

ABOUT MILESJANE™

MilesJane™ was born in the Bay Area where its founders have resided for over 15 years. We are committed to giving back to our wonderful community here in the Bay Area. Pledging to help those in need, we have focused our efforts on feeding and providing essential needs to the Bay Area homeless. Each  MilesJane ™ hat purchased provides a meal to the homeless. Every month, our mobile grilling station moves to various Bay Area homeless encampments and temporary housing locations to provide food for those who need it most.
